I have the experience and proficiency to provide the following services to assist claims professionals:
- Adequacy of reserves review
- Settlement Counsel services
- Opinions assessing coverage, liability and quantum of damages
- Pre-litigation Damages quantification, liability assessment, risk analysis and representation during early-stage negotiations
- Mediation or Settlement Conference representation (limited scope retainer) with the cooperation / approval of litigation counsel
In the event that litigation is commenced, I will assist the client in preparing the file and referring it to appropriate litigation counsel.
